The practice is ANC accredited for Building Regulation Approved Document Part “E” in relation to testing for pre-completion testing. This includes BREEAM and Ecohomes. It provides design advice for internal noise control in residential projects. Testing is required unless one follows the Robust Detail procedures for sound insulation. For residential building types we ascertain the NEC situation and provide building fabric noise control advice. This relates to PPG24 “Planning and Noise” and TAN11 Planning Guidance (Wales), Noise.

We advise on schools, including St Luke’s C of E Primary School Sorrell Award 2010 winner and the first environmentally excellent BREEAM primary school.
