Bullying and Sexual Harassment

As an employer, we take our safeguarding responsibility towards our staff very seriously and as such, please be aware that we will not tolerate bullying or sexual harassment in any form against our staff.

Should a complaint be received from a member of our staff, we will investigate. Our client’s co-operation with such an investigation is expected. If we conclude that bullying or sexual harassment did occur, we will consider what action will be appropriate in the circumstances to uphold the integrity of our policies and to prevent further occurrences.
