Tramshed Tech

We are very pleased to have opened our new Acoustic Consultants Ltd office! After a slight delay due to Covid19, we are now up and running from the co-working space, Tramshed Tech, in Cardiff.

James Abbass will be running the Cardiff office after spending 2.5 years working for us based in Bristol and completing his Masters in Applied Acoustics.

First week in and we have completed two successful Welsh jobs from our Cardiff office.

    • Project 1 – Completion sound testing at Ty Mawr, Croespenmaen. Having completed the planning work back in 2016 we are pleased to have successfully completed the sound insulation tests on this development.
    • Project 2 – Noise impact assessment to release Planning Conditions for a residential development in Newport. The survey, assessment and report were all completed in 4 Days from appointment, with one very happy client!

We can offer Acoustic Consultancy services within Planning, Building Acoustics advice, pre and post completion sound testing (Approved Document E), and Noise, Vibration and Dust monitoring. These services can now be provided across Wales via our new Cardiff office.
