Dean Street, Bristol

Located within one of Bristol’s most historic and popular area of St Paul’s, we worked with CTS Construction and O’Leary Goss Architects on this development of 42 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with three commercial units on the ground floor.

We were appointed to provide a noise impact assessment, noise control and Approved Document E advice for the development along with post-construction sound testing.

Working closely with the design team and contractor all acoustic performance criteria was met during the completion stage and the new residents are expected to move in the near future.
